Dr. Jennifer Walden: Empowering Women Everywhere

She has won many awards such as Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Award and Achievement Citation as well as the Mavis P. Kelsey Excellence in Medicine Award and Scholarship. Dr. Walden has also been recognized as one of the Texas Super Doctors for two years in a row.

She wants to make sure that you are completely comfortable before going through with anything. Dr. Jennifer Walden received her Bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. From there, she graduated Salutatorian of her class at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where she received her Medical Doctorate with Highest Honors. She has her own practice located at Westlake Medical Center in Austin, Texas. She recently opened up a satellite cosmetic surgery clinic at the Hill Country Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Walden also believes in giving back to the community and to those who need help. She has volunteered her time to help those that are less fortunate as she finds this to be one of the more rewarding experiences in her life. Recently, she participated in the Austin’s Woman of the Year campaign, where she was named runner-up.
